Giovanni Castiglioni began producing his first Fusilli in 1934, by only using the best durum wheat from Tavoliere Delle Puglie. Still today, his descendants follow the ancient recipe, so as to produce a pasta “Vecchia Maniera”(literally meaning traditional way), that better absorbs sauces and lets you taste the real flavour of durum wheat.
