Brezzo Chestnut Honey

Organic Italian Chestnut Honey – a dark amber raw honey which is sweet and floral but has a dark dry-wood, treacly taste and an earthy, nutty aroma. Chestnut honey goes particularly well with cheeses – try with a mature pecorino or taleggio or drizzled over some ricotta.
The Brezzo family have been collecting, processing and marketing honey for 70 years. Based in the Piedmont region of Italy among low mountains that provide a pure, pristine and unspoiled environment for the bees to produce naturally the finest quality honey.
