Organic Italian Chestnut Honey – a dark amber raw honey which is sweet and floral but has a dark dry-wood, treacly taste and an earthy, nutty aroma. Chestnut honey goes particularly well with cheeses – try with a mature pecorino or taleggio or drizzled over some ricotta.
