Cannonau
The taste is elegant and at the same time complex.
It has a ruby red color and a compound scent of dried rose petal, together with ripe fruit such as a plum. The floral and fruity sensations are well balanced by an elegant spiciness, combined with an unusual flavor, that echoes our mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is tannic but never intrusive, always balanced, that gives to the wine a great length.
