Pistachio Cream (Crema al Pistacchio Verde di Bronte DOP) – this rich and creamy sweet pistachio paste is a speciality of Sicily. Made from green Bronte pistachios grown at the foot of Mount Etna. Delicious with an intense flavour of pistachios. Delicious on cakes or panettone or for sandwiching pistachio macarons, use for making pistachio ice cream or trying mixing with whipped cream to fill eclairs or profiteroles – amazing!
