Italian Dried Borlotti Beans – these exceptionally high quality borlotti are grown by the Bartolini family, artisan producers, who have been farming in Umbria for six generations.
Borlotti are widely used in Italian cooking. Light brown in colour with dark red streaks, borlotti have a wonderful smooth, creamy texture and sweet taste.
Add to pasta, salads and soups or try as a substitute for chickpeas when making houmous.
