After soft pressing of the grapes the must
undergoes temperature controlled fermentation technique. The wine refines in the bottle for about two months.
Color. Deep straw yellow
Nose: intense, fruity with hints of apricot.
Taste: dry, warm and smooth, with a good structure and long lasting finish.
Great companion of white meats and fish courses. Serve at about 10-12 °C
