Limoncello is a lemon liqueur from the Sorrento peninsula in southern Italy. It is made from lemon, alcohol, water and sugar; should be kept in the freezer and therefore drunk well chilled. Il Convento’s Limoncello is the original of Sorrento with Protected Geographical Indication (I.G.P.).
