A secret enclosed in seven spirals. The latest creation at the Martelli homeis inspired by the story of Peciolo,a pasta maker at a Pisan bakery in 1284. To pay tributeto our national genius is a Fusillo, made to remember our greatest symbol, 7 spirals, like the Tower of Pisa, with the edges a slight lining the walkway, follow each other in a vortex that elevates the taste to its maximum power.
Since 1926, the Martelli family has produced their artisanal pasta in the medieval hill town of Lari, near Pisa, in Tuscany. Incredibly, to this day, the pasta is made only by members of the Martelli family, who manage the entire production process themselves. Production is small, but demand is high.
