Sanbitter Rosso

Sanbitter Rosso stands alongside Crodino as one of Italy’s favourite aperitifs. It’s the alcohol-free answer to Campari and soda, with a similar herbal bitterness and notes of fruit and spices.

Sanbitter Rosso is best served well chilled over plenty of ice, with a lemon wedge garnish.

Throw an alcohol-free cocktail party and serve Sanbitter Rosso with a “crusta” of almond flour. Lightly wet the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and stand the glass upside down on a plate with ground almonds – just like salting the rim of a glass for Margaritas. Then pour chilled Sanbitter Rosso into the glass, garnish with a lemon peel twist and enjoy.
