Taleggio is a semisoft Italian cheese with a thin crust and a strong aroma yet mild, unusual and fruity taste.
Can either be grated over dishes such as salads and starters or, due to its excellent melting characteristics, it can be used in recipes for risottos, polenta and more.
Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk.
