This sure-fire classic red is fermented in steel tanks before undergoing an extended period of maceration. After these first steps, the wine is aged in oak barrels for circa 24 months; the aging process then continues for two years after being bottled.
This intense ruby red wine features a full, complex bouquet with great depth that boasts aromas that recall the scent of cherry, violet and berries along with a unique spiciness. Whereas in the mouth it captivates with its elegance and the impeccable craftsmanship of its tannins. It closes with persistent hints of prune and black cherry.
